To get meter readings on your Ricoh Multifunctional Copier

1. Press the User Tools/Counter button(User Tools or Settings Icon on home screen if your device has no hard keys)

2. Select Counter then follow the prompts to print the counter page (on a MPC305 you will need to go to the next page to select the counter button)

To get meter readings on your Ricoh printer

1. Press Menu

2. Press Counter

3. Press Print

To get meter readings on your Oki Copier – ES5473

1. Press ‘Device Settings’

2. Press ‘Reports’

3. Press ‘System’

4. Press ‘Usage Report’

To get meter readings on your Oki Copier – ES 4191 / ES 5461 / ES 5462

1. Press the ‘Setting’ button

2. Press ‘OK’ on Reports

3. Press ‘OK’ on System

4. Press ‘OK’ on MFP Usage

5. Press ‘OK’ x 2 to print

6. Press “BACK’ x 4 to exit

To get meter readings on your Oki Printer – ES 4131 / ES 5431

1. Press “OK”

2. Press “OK” on Information menu

3. Press down arrow to get to Usage Report

4. Press “OK” to Execute

5. Press “OK” to print usage page

To get meter readings on your Oki Printer – ES 4132 / ES 5112

1. Press the down arrow 3 times to get to Print Info

2. Press OK

3. Press up twice to get to Usage Report

4. Press OK

5. Press OK to print

To get meter readings on your Brother Copier MFC-L9670CDN

At Home screen:

1. Select All Settings

2. Scroll down (or press down button) to Machine Info

3. Select Machine Info

4. Select Page Counter

5. Press Total

6. Read off the Total Colour and Black and White Counter
